"Let's keep improving." A small, capped number of clients get an ongoing partner, two strategy sessions a month. Kept intentionally small so it stays personal.

I've spent years working alongside business owners, educators, and teams trying to do great work while juggling far too many moving parts. What I kept seeing wasn't a people problem, it was a systems problem. Leads get missed. Information lives in five different places. As your Business Systems Advisor, I help you find what's actually slowing you down, fix the biggest bottlenecks first, and build practical systems that save time and make your business easier to run.
